TUESDAY EVENING GUIDED MEDITATION
Each atom, cell, and system in our bodies is composed of energy. We also have energy centers in our bodies known as Chakras. Together, all these components create what is known as the human energy field, or the human aura.
As witnessed in the benefits of acupuncture, reiki, and pressure point massage, it is important and beneficial to keep energy flowing freely. I will be sharing a guided meditation on various Tuesday evenings of the month, during which you will learn how to balance and energize your 7 main chakras. Doing so will enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual health, while helping to open your energy receptors.
Come escape the stressors of life, join us and treat yourself to a bit of relaxation, rejuvenation, self-love and self-care! No previous meditation experience required; all are welcome.
Sessions are held on assorted Tuesday evenings each month, 6:30- 7:30p.m.
Doors open at 6:25 pm, please arrive on time as the session starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Dress comfortably and bring water. Chairs are provided. If you prefer to lie down, please bring a yoga mat.
