TUESDAY MEDITATION - GROUP SESSION

Each atom, cell, and system in our bodies is composed of energy. We also have energy centers in our bodies known as Chakras. Together, all these components create what is known as the human energy field, or the human aura.

As witnessed in the benefits of acupuncture, reiki, and pressure point massage, it is important and beneficial to keep energy flowing freely. I will be sharing a guided meditation every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, during which you will learn how to balance and energize your 7 main chakras. Doing so will enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual health, while helping to open your energy receptors. I will also introduce a different focal points, such as a specific healing exercise, or ways to open your psychic receptors, recognizing signs from your angels and guides in spirit, and much more.

Sessions are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 6:30- 7:30p.m.

Doors open at 6:25 pm, please arrive on time as the session starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Dress comfortably and bring water. Chairs are provided. If you prefer to lie down please bring a yoga mat.
